THE "SPIRIT OF THE 643" HULLPIECE WAS WON A SECOND TIME IN A ROW BY TIM SHUGART AGAIN THIS REUNION. HIS RAFFLE TICKET WAS PULLED OUT OF THE BAG AGAIN THIS YEAR SO HE GETS TO TAKE IT HOME FOR ANOTHER TWO YEARS. IT WILL BE RAFFLED OFF AGAIN AT THE 2013 REUNION IN KINGS BAY
